• BU dalam bentuk dukungan biaya pendidikan pascasarjana (S2 dan S3) di dalam dan di luar negeri
• BU terbuka bagi calon dosen dan tenaga kependidikan yang memenuhi kriteria:

₋ usia: maks. 38 tahun untuk S2 dan 40 tahun untuk S3

₋ IPK: S1 min. 3,0 untuk S2 dan S2 min 3,25 untuk S3
• Calon dosen tidak berstatus CPNS atau PNS
• Tenaga Kependidikan berstatus pegawai tetap
• Mempunyai Ikatan kerja pada lembaga yang mengirim, min. (N+1)
