Job Description and Responsibilities:
Servicing incoming telephone from customer with every consideration
Giving needed appropriate information customer gets bearing with Telkomsel’s product

Handling complain with every consideration
Giving the best one service and satisfying for customer

Qualification:

• Male / female
• Maximal age 35 years upon rekruiment
• Graduated minimal education D3 all majors, IPK min 2,50
• Have the honour working shift
• Having good voice quality / articulatory clear
• Having skill utilizes computer
• Having english-speaking ability
• Get spick-and-span performance
• Having general knowledge about product Telkom
• Graduate from all series essay to sort
• Having call center’s experience more preferred
